Tosin Salami

Executive Director, Product & Strategy

Tosin serves Cognis Group at board level as Executive Director, Product & Strategy, advising our leadership on product direction and strategy for Cognis Brain, MarketSage, Migratio and SPOG.

He is currently Director of Product Management, Transfer Solutions (EMEA) at Mastercard. Before that he was Chief Operating Officer at Rabafast Technologies, where he built a cross-border payments business from the ground up, and Head of Product at AZA Finance, where he led African payments infrastructure across eight countries, including a project that processed over $500 million in volume. His product career began at Venture Garden Group, building payment platforms used by federal institutions across Nigeria. He is completing an MBA at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
