Executive Director of People & Culture

Obruche leads People & Culture at Cognis Group. She builds the teams behind our consulting and engineering work, sets the standards our facilitators are held to, and owns the ninety-day follow-through that turns training into changed habits.

She is a senior HR and operations leader, most recently Chief Operating Officer at Garment Care Ltd, having risen through its HR leadership, and before that Human Resources Manager at Bx-Edge Limited. Her work covers workforce strategy, organisational development, culture change and business performance. She holds a degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Lagos and several professional HR and management qualifications.
