AI Consulting for South African Organisations
South Africa has Africa’s deepest pool of AI activity, and some of its hardest choices about where to invest. We help organisations in Johannesburg, Cape Town and beyond decide where AI can help, prepare their people, and put working systems into daily operation.
An African firm, built for African enterprises
We are an AI consulting and engineering firm founded in Lagos in 2024, serving organisations across the continent. That matters in South Africa for a practical reason: the problems we solve, including multi-country operations, strict financial regulation and uneven data quality, look similar across African markets, and advice that was designed for London or San Francisco often does not survive contact with them.
We work with South African clients remotely and on site, and our engineering advice is proven on systems we run ourselves, including our own products for marketing, data migration and enterprise monitoring.
What we help with
Strategy: choosing the AI opportunities worth funding, with clear owners, costs and measures of success. Training: practical AI skills for leaders, managers and staff, mapped to their actual roles. Engineering: AI agents and automation built, tested and handed over properly, with governance aligned to POPIA and the international frameworks South African boards ask about, including ISO 42001 and the NIST AI framework.
Comparing your options?
Fair question, and we wrote an honest answer: our guide to the best AI consulting firms in Africa covers six serious firms on the continent, including South African specialists, and explains who each is best for. We would rather you choose well than choose us for the wrong job.
Common questions
Do you have an office in South Africa?
Not yet. We serve South African clients remotely and on site from our Lagos base, with offices in Nigeria, the USA and Canada. For most engagements, the work is a mix of remote delivery and scheduled on-site time.
Can you work within POPIA requirements?
Yes. Data protection rules are design inputs in our work, whether that is POPIA in South Africa, the NDPA in Nigeria or the EU AI Act for European operations.
Do you take on Johannesburg-based enterprise projects?
Yes. Financial services, logistics and public-sector work are the areas where we add the most value, and Johannesburg is where much of that sits.
